Huh? Sarah Palin and Larry King discussing data center monitoring? Well, no. This video from LogicMonitor uses digital animation and voice technology to create a two-minute conversations in which avatars resembling the former Alaska governor and CNN host discuss monitoring, availability and load balancers. The video was created with xtra normal, which offers a “text-to-movie” service that allows users to craft messages to be spoken by digitally animated characters. So if a digital shout-out to “Joe the Sysadmin” may sway your monitoring decision, well, here’s your two minutes of marketing mischief.
